General Shipping Policies

Merridian is currently only shipping select items domestically via UPS from our online store. While we are regularly expanding the items available for shipping, many of our furnishings and larger pieces are completely unique, one-of-a-kind items which are irreplaceable to you, our customer, if damaged during shipping. Due to this, we do not ship many of the items that we offer for sale on our site; however, we transfer inventory between our stores at no cost to our customers. If you purchase a piece of furniture from our site that is not available to be shipped, please call to arrange pickup at the Merridian location nearest you. We will transfer the item and have it available for pickup within a few weeks in most cases. If you purchase a shippable item from our online store but do not wish to ship that item, please select the local pickup option and contact us to arrange pickup. If you purchase a shippable item from our online store and wish to ship that item, please make sure that you have an up-to-date and valid shipping address within your Merridian.com account information. Then, simply follow the directions at checkout to place your order. Please allow two weeks for delivery on most items.
